Terms of use

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using GestioPro, you accept these terms. They form an agreement between you and GestioPro (“we”).

2. The service

GestioPro is management software for service businesses: checkout, invoices, inventory, service costs, appointments, clients, texts and reports. Your business data is stored on your device.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your access confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

4. Plans

5. Discounts

6. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel anytime; access stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, the app becomes view-only: you can look at your data and download a copy, but you can’t add, change or delete anything, and your connections (payments, emails) are turned off until you resubscribe. Subject to applicable law, periods already started are not refunded. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change.

7. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. Since it is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping backup copies (Settings, “Your data”). With the subscription, you can also turn on the encrypted online backup (Settings, “Security and data”): keep your PIN somewhere safe, as we can’t recover it or open your backup without it. If you create a password in the app, it stays on your device: we can’t recover it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the law, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation: no promotional texts without consent, no illegal, misleading or harassing content. We may suspend texting in case of abuse.

9. Your clients’ payments

Your clients’ payments go through the providers you connect (Square, Stripe, PayPal or others), under their own terms and fees. The money goes directly to your account; GestioPro is not a party to these transactions.

10. Tax advice

Tax calculations and reports are provided to help you, but don’t replace an accountant. Check your tax obligations with a professional.

11. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but can’t guarantee it. We may improve or change features.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data that wasn’t backed up.

13. Ending the agreement

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or close an account that doesn’t follow these terms.

14. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. They are written in French; this English version is provided for your convenience.
